My hair is very dry and frizzy. I always keep my hair short, almost like military hair style. If it grows over an inches it turns into an Afro. I am not African-American so this is really strange. My hair use to be curly, but now it’s just a a dry and frizzy afro when it grows. So I have to keep it short, but now I want to grow it at-least few inches.
