How To Grow Hair .net

I have started taking 0.25mg of finasteride which lowers DHT levels and raises oestrogen levels. I have read several studies which indicate these contributing factors thin the skin. Which one of these factors is more prevelant for the dark rings under my eyes (my only side effect from the drug)? Only professional opinions please, preferably from endoctrinologists.
