There are actually 4 stages of hair growth:-
Anagen
Catagen
Telogen
Anagen

You cannot increase the rate your hair grows. It is affected by many factors but a good balanced diet and treating your hair well by avoiding chemicals, direct heat and stressing it will help.

there are 3 stages of hair growth – angen, catagen and telegen.
the anagen is the actual growing stage of the hair and depending on how long tht stage last is how long ur hair will grow.

on average hair grows at 1/2 an inch per month. having a good diet can help but there is no miracle cure for making hair grow.

if u do want long hair tho, u can cheat and get hair extensions, and if u do, go for weave in 1s as glue/bond 1s cause damage and with sewn in 1s ur hair is braided and strips of hair sewn in, it means ur hair can have a "break" and can grow.

Mine generally grows at about zero mm per month, taken as an average over the last 40 years or so and allowing for seasonal changes in the growth rate. I did find that eating a high vitamin and protein rich diet eliminated any reduction in this rate.

average growth is around 1/2" per month, but is quicker when warm, so grows more in summer. keep your head warm then to make it grow faster, also stimulation of the circulation should promote hair growth so try massaging your scalp for 20mins twice a day.

On the average hair grows 1/2" per month, it varies by person but not by much. You really can't make it grow faster. The only possibility for that would be "hair, skin, & nail" vitamins. Hair is a by product of excreted protein from the body called keratin.

hair grows at the rate of 1/2 inch per month. You cannot speed it up with anything! don’t waste your money on any false claims from people.
The only thing that will slow it down is poor health. Eat well and keep hydrated and your hair will grow at regular speed.
If there was a magical hair pill, the world would know about it, as it would be all over the news…right next to the fountain of youth

At GNC or Vitamin Cottage [[if you know of those]]
There is something called hair, skin, and nails and omg it made my hair grow like 3 times faster than it usually does. But I don’t know if it only for girls. I would call one of those places. It is a pill by Provana or something. Call and ask because they may be out of it. It’s like $11.99.
