Anyone can do it – it certainly doesn’t hurt anything, and even if it doesn’t work for you it’s relaxing. But whether or not you get results from it depends on why you lost hair. I’m no expert on hair loss in general, so I don’t know the reasons behind male pattern baldness, for example. But if you’ve lost hair due to nutritional deficiencies, this should make a difference.
I’ve been pretty clear. I had surgery over 1 year ago, no I have not reached my goal weight but I have come very far. It’s a process.

crown still looks really thin which worries me the most. I almost went and used Rogaine (bought it and everything) but upon reading that once you use Rogaine you have to use it for life or else all “Rogaine Hair” will fall off.
I thought.. am I really losing hair from male pattern baldness or was it really the crash diet that caused it. One look at my brother whom is 13 years older than me tells me its defiantly not male pattern baldness. Returned the Rogaine and am so glad I did.

Basically low cal, greens, starvation. Lost 30kg of muscle, water, and some fat in under 3 months. Of course the biggest lost was my hair. Thinning day by day.

I think this actually gives results for men. I noticed my hair stronger but I didn’t really grow more hair, but the hair that growth was stronger.
