I’d like to have long hair, and I’ve been trying to grow it out for almost two years. I’m becoming frustrated because it doesn’t seem to want to grow anymore past a certain point. I’ve had it long before, but I’ve never seen it grow at such a slow rate.
Is it true that if I take prenatal vitamins that it may speed up the growth? Or are there other products out there that can help with it?
Thank you.
Well i heard that when you get out the shower if you massage your scalp quite hard, then the hair grows faster? Only something i read on a random website, so duno if its true. Hope this helps

yes biotin. And they have hair skin and nail pills at Walmart too. Also they have prenatal vitamins at Walmart too. They all would work. My sister uses biotin religiously. Good luck!

Hair grows between 1/4 and 1/2 inch per month, but can be increased to 1 inch per month. The biggest thing is treating your hair right so that I grows optimally fast. I recommend following these tips: http://www.ehow.com/how_2277187_hair-grow-faster.html to make sure you are on track. Additionally, you can try hair-growth products, which I have found do work in doubling your hair growth, but can be expensive. Try the ones listed in the article above.
